Credit Exchange AG is a joint venture between Mobiliar, Vaudoise, PostFinance, Swisscom, Avera Bank, Glarus Cantonal Bank and Thurgauer Cantonal Bank. With over CHF 4.0 billion in mortgages issued and managed, CredEx is the leading B2B digital marketplace in Switzerland. Its clients include renowned insurance companies, pension funds and brokers.
In total, the company's continuously growing workforce currently stands at 25 people, including 10 at the headquarters in Zurich.
Management Team
Stefan took over as Chairman of the Board of Credit Exchange AG in June 2022. As former CEO of Immoscout24 and Moneyhouse, as well as successful founder of real estate start-ups such as Houzy and Neubau Portal AG, Stefan Schärer knows the real estate market and the platform business very well. He also brings strong digital expertise to the strategic direction of Credit Exchange, which he has accumulated over more than 20 years of business.
Serkan brings a deep understanding of the financial industry and of the strategic, commercial, operational and technological challenges facing Credit Exchange clients, accumulated over 15 years in a variety of roles at Accenture, EY, UBS and Oliver Wyman.
Andrea combines entrepreneurial drive with many years of experience with new digital business models at UBS Investment Bank, Clariden Leu, Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young. In addition to various mandates, Andrea Canonica managed the “CredEx” project at EY and, when the company was founded in 2018, he moved to the management of Credit Exchange AG.
Tiago has more than 15 years of experience in the IT field and therefore brings significant know-how in the management and integration of new platforms. Before joining Credit Exchange at the start of the company in 2018, he was a manager in the IT department of Vaudoise Insurance, where he was able to acquire extensive knowledge of the insurance sector.
